The Dixie Coops-Walk In Coop
These coops come in a variety of sizes. They start at 5' x 4' and go all the way up 5' x 10'. They are all 8' tall to the peak. This height includes the runners in the total height measurement.(you can walk into this coop) This coop is called the"The Dixie Coop." It comes standard with the following: 2x4 stud framing, 4x4 green treated sled style runners, 30 year architectural shingles, linoleum floor covering, nesting boxes with exterior access lid, bird ramp, 4 tiered ladder style roosting bar, side vent window for additional air flow, large access door, 1 sliding chicken pop door ,and one small fixed vent. All coops and runs sold separately. Their weight varies on the size you chose but they weigh several hundred pounds. So when we deliver we drive as close as we can to the spot and it is rolled off our trailer. We do require a 30% non-refundable deposit at the time of order.

In the two pictures above you can see the quality of our construction. These two pictures show our ceilings. The picture on the left shows how our coops come regularly. The picture on the right shows the added amenity of insulation in the roof.
These two pictures show you a close up of the nesting boxes and the pull rope door that you can open or close to keep your chickens in or out. It also shows a close up of the roosting bar which is movable to allow for easy access during cleaning.
Pictured above is the automatic chicken door. It is an extra amenity you can add on for $299.00. It will automatically open and close your door. It is on a timer you can set. It allows chicken owners to work or travel more easily.
The picture above on the left gives you a close up view of our people entry door, the electrical package, our roosting bar, and the back windows of the coop. The right picture shows you a close up of the nesting boxes and front windows. The amount of nesting boxes and windows in your coop will depend on the size of coop that you order.
